Two sets of writing on a sheet of paper: Nuzhat al-Dawlah's request that Haji ‘Ali Aqa Kumpani pay seventy tumans to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, dated May 1, 1918. The second is an inquiry regarding the late Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will written on April 13, 1924, which included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah and has passed the ownership of some properties to the writer and three other people. Settlement of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah with Mirza Muhammad Hasan, 1911
Settlement of Mirza Muhammad, son of Haj Mirza Yahya, and Aqa Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah, son of Mirza ʻAli Naqi Mulla Bashi, with Haj Mirza Muhammad Hasan, known as Darmiyani, son of Haj Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Darmiyani, exchanging a fruit shop located at Bid Abad Bazar for two hundred and sixty-seven tumans. They also settled fifty mans [unit of weight] of white wheat from Isfahan for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy and one hundred dinars. These settlements were based on the will of Hajiyah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Fath Allah Khan and wife of Haj Mirza Muhsin.

Letter to Haj Ahmad Aqa the merchant of Khuy, 1923
To Haj Ahmad Aqa the merchant from Khuy; regarding some financial matters and other news, including the death of Mashhadi Muhammad Sattar the cigarette seller, whose wife is the executor of his will. The writer tells the addressee that they should wait before demanding what the deceased owed Haji Ahmad because he had underage children. He also mentions that Sarkar's family is in need of more allowance.

Settlement between Baygum, Mirza Muhammad, and Mashhadi Asad Allah, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a problem handling the related ceremonies. So, Baygum, daughter of Nayib Ibrahim, transferred ninety tumans to Mirza Muhammad, son of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah, and his son, Mashhadi Asad Allah, in exchange for one hundred dinars and some wheat. The condition was that they spend this money, with approval of Karbalayi Yad Allah, son of the late Karbalayi Husayn, for ta‘ziyah and other ceremonies.

Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Mashhadi Habib, the son of the late Husayn ‘Amu, appoints his younger brother, Ni‘mat, as the executor of his will and Karbalayi ‘Askar, the son of ‘Ali Pasha, as the overseer while he [Mashhadi Habib] travels to Karbalaʼ. They are responsible for giving ten mans [unit of area] of his share of a garden to his wife, Munavvar, as her mahr. A third of his belongings should be in Ni‘mat's hands for use on khums, the payment of his debts, ta‘ziyah, and charity.
